The Lighter1 Lil Sami is a polycarbonate bear canister with 300 cubic inches of food storage space and will store approximately a 3-day food supply for 1 person.

It is one of the smaller and more lightweight IGBC-approved bear canisters and is opened using a tool to loosen aluminum screws.

An added benefit of the Lil Sami’s is that its lid is anodized aluminum which doubles as a cook pan to help save space in your pack. Because the canister is transparent polycarbonate, it is easy to find the items you are looking for inside.
